I believe we save lives-period end of discussion in COVID.

I question the process-I have been monitoring every post on this board for almost 2 years, and yet I have no clear understanding of what drives the enrollment in these trials!

Obviously we pay the institutions, but why the drag on enrollments-not just Brazil but the slow enrollments in previous trials too?
I have heard mention of bonus for fast enrollment-this seems ripe for abuse like most everything in Pharma... sigh

Sorry if helping with the negative, but just soooooo frustrated with no answers and no lifes saved obviously, no beach house, no drinks in Vegas with you all...
