Good point and we can assume Joe et all were aware but no sign of correcting article and again a clear case of misleading investor and an opportunity to take advantage of possible pps spike ..... again no transparency. I don't believe there is a restriction to communicate its a choice imo. If SEC has any findings for enforcement they will disclose status. From the outside it appears incompetence, inexperience and poor business deals.
A current valuation of Company including breakdown of assets would be appropriate!
