Why should Squires file the S-1 if indeed he does have Pasaca's financial backing. You're correct, quarterly reports come with a price.
The only people he'd be screwing over by not filing is the investors and it's not like we've never been screwed over before.
The sad thing is, if the S-1 does get filed do any of us expect they'll continue with subsequent quarterly reports to remain current? Not a really strong track record on that one.
