After further DD a twist to Viant speculation
Viant's business is the design, development & production of medical devices. They are very good at it as their clients include:
Depuy Synthes
Depuy Spine
Depuy France
Depuy Orthopedics
Depuy Incorporated
Johnson & Johnson Solutions

Medtronic Inc

"As a design and manufacturing services provider to the medical device industry, we partner and innovate with our customers to provide the highest quality, life enhancing medical devices in the world."
Unlike BIEL, who has both an OEM side and a Distribution/Sales side to their business , Viant is involved in medical device design, manufacturing, regulatory testing, for their clients who then market these products.
This is causing me to lean toward Viant acting as an agent for the company that BIEL actually has the agreement with.
The 'company' wants a rapid expansion of FDA Indications for the RecoveryRx device and high volume production capacity. Viant has bioelectronic experience but not relating specifically to PEMF/PSWT technology.
Arrangements are made to move Sree to Viant's new acquisition, Meraqi, to manage the RecoveryRx New Indication Development as "Senior Program Manager".
As far as who the 'company' is, someone who knows Viant well from years as a client. Possibly on the list above.
Anyway, all speculation on my part. We wait for BIEL to announce or a name to pop up on an FDA registration list.
