How many executives are/were authorized to dilute stock. They must have been aware of the difficult situation .......did they enrich themselves before jumping ship ...... Joe has always been a "wannabe" CEO. He has proven to be ineffective and some of his past posts confirmed his hunger for control. Did his control and behavior cause Directors to leave.........

Wonder if the China executives receive the same treatment ....... or possibly don't care after IP transfer for a few million $$$$ ........ another brilliant deal ........ for them !!!
Joe always mentioned ........ shareholders are your most important asset ...... really Joe?? It appears his vision, credibility and behavior finally caught up with his fairy-tale ... unable to raise sufficient funding to complete at least one project to generate enough revenue to move forward. So this is what the next "Big Pharma" looks like .......... no revenue, late or ignore required filings, no communication with shareholders etc.
If there is any outside interest to clean up the mess I expect they won't include ALL 122M shares ..........if any.
