Micro - Wow! Nice work in the last three posts by you! I admit I am not clear on what it means. Seven independent directors would mean that they own a minimum for 35% of ZNOG. I find that amazing! I understand your assertion that this is a function of options granted as part of their compensation. However, I am speculating that these people may also be ponying up additional funds for stock purchases. Strictly speculation on my part. Thanks for your efforts!
