If there is a potential relationship with Qilu, it could explain a lot of concerns. The Chinese government would have to approve which would delay things! Qilu would expect absolute silence from Cytodyn so as to not preempt the Chinese government and its decision making process. All documentation would have to be in dual languages. Cytodyn would have to confirm that there are no export controls from the USG. Depending on the nature of the relationship between the two companies, the red tape could be more or less complicated. The Chinese might have had concerns about Nader.
Anyway, I drove around 1111 Main, but didn’t see any cars with Chinese flags on them!
