Ritz this is such great news. My mother died of ovarian cancer after removing a melon-size tumor, the mesenterium scraping and chemo and eventual liver metastases -- so I know exactly what you're referring to. She was 75 with other conditions and didn't want to fight another year with multiple rounds of chemo. 10 years ago her doctor wouldn't even feign optimism with stage IV ovarian diagnosis!
