I have a serious question: if I were to call the number for univec and told the person who answered that I or a family member is in desperate need of all the services that they offer, what would I be told? Would they say, “Great! Let’s get you signed up so we can get you some help.” Or would I be told, “We are almost ready so check back in a month or so.”
