I guess if you have never been in IT and don't understand how these free sites match and connect data in a hit and miss fashion then you might believe it. But I wouldn't. It is a VERY iffy science to do basic name and address matching with no other permanent identifiers like SSN or DOB (both of which are not being used for free telephone searches). I was in that industry for a lifetime. yes it is connected to that family. but saying it belongs to a certain person, nope.
