Yep Channel 5, Quarters 1, 2, 3 have a 45 day window for Financials
Q4 is included with the EOY Financials and has a 90 day window for filing.
90 days is March 31 but companies can file anytime after the end of the year, they don't have to wait for 3/31.
So we see BIEL's 2021 Financials definitely by Thursday 3/31 but nothing prevents BIEL from filing earlier if they so desire.
