Melbourne, Australia, Feb 8th, 2022 - Sincerity Applied Materials Holdings Corp (OTC Pink: SINC), announced the cancellation of 48M shares from outstanding shares.
All the shares to be cancelled are out of controlling block. Post cancellation, total number of outstanding shares will be reduced to 25.26 million shares.
