Dalton has been pushing/promoting/pumping UNVC shares for three years now, the share price will not just open up one day at much higher prices, that is not likely. The price should start a sustained move up as it approaches that fabled release or beginning of the new company, that is currently not taking place. It will not take place in a vacuum, Dalton contacts will know when it is actually coming and share price should reflect that approach when it nears.
