This is the first time I've ever posted. I've owned shares for more than two years. This connection may have already been made months ago when the press release was issued about the acquisition of the mental health clinics. If so, I missed it. I apologize if it's ancient news. If not, the info below indicates that it's the TIME Organization clinics that Univec is acquiring. Perhaps this was already obvious to everyone and I'm just slow on the uptake!
I do remember discussions about how TIME Organization would be involved in Univec, or if it would be. The press release mentions revenue of $17 million...and the TIME Organization clinics have that same amount of revenue. See excerpt from press release and link below.
Univec, Inc Acquisition of Mental Health Clinics
Owings Mills, MD. August 16, 2021 -- Univec, Inc. (OTC Markets: UNVC) is pleased to announce the signing of a binding term sheet for the acquisition of accredited outpatient mental health centers in Maryland. These centers are community based centers which provide outpatient mental health counseling treatment for substance abuse and other ancillary services. The acquisition will add in excess of $17 million in topline revenue to Univec and is expected to close on or around September 30, 2021 subject to final due diligence and valuation.

Interesting to see how much their revenues have grown over the last few years.
Also, the phone number for Univec, Inc. on OTC Markets page is now the TIME Organization phone number. I know a lot has been made by some people about there not being a legit phone number.
