Again, why would the company get "evicted" from their FLA location (in other words, not voluntarily give up a lease as most respectful company's would) and then enter into the building/building property agreement later? It doesn't make any sense. If they have the money for the above, then how does it make any sense to get "evicted". Until we get verification, it still won't make any sense.
