It appears that SARC DRAPER LLC paid last year’s property tax for 2021 yesterday, same day as the INTELLIGENCE360 NEWS article. Couldn’t find info on any property transfer if NuGenerex Distribution Solutions is buying the property.
“…plans to invest $1,500,000.00 to build out 5,036 square feet of new space…” is a lot of money to invest in a property valued at $704,770, if you are just going to rent https://www.loopnet.com/Listing/2101-Houston-.../19372904/

However, if the article is true, then at least we know that GNBT/NGIO is still a going (lord knows where) concern.
