Why are Nash 700 results delayed?
6. Recknor figured out a possible new MOA and they want to get all the patents filed before releasing results.
7. I didn’t read the most recent 10Q but previous ones state that LL would potentially infringe upon an existing patent but this patent would expire prior to expected commercialization. Does anyone know anything about this? Waiting for patent date to expire?
