Same and this is why I don’t just delete you all the time. Articles do not count as facts. The news lies and articles are paid to lie at times. Articles are half truths or paid promotions for the company. Sometimes they contain facts but they need to be confirmed. Citron is a prime example.
If you find a SEC filing that states this then yes you are correct. However, I already have the last 10Q committed to memory. It says nothing of that sort in the past three 10Qs.
It actually states that the subpoenas that “ Cytodyn received are not to indicate that they are the target of the investigation”.
It says absolutely nothing about what you said, “that the DOJ is question claims they made” In sum and substance… Site it and then I’ll owe you an apology.
Let’s not perpetuate lies as it might have a negative impact on people’s investing decisions, whether intentional or unintentionally.
