Paulson doesn't usually have a former employee as Chairman of the Board of a company they do business with either, do they? I would say that adds a layer of complexity to the relationship that could be tricky!

I don't want to see anyone fall afoul of the appropriate business regulations in our case. We don't need it or it's more lawyer expenses at the least.
