I have just spoken to him and there is no release of his restriction of information today. Paulsen is definitely brokering either a new finance package or a deal. It could be anything an investment bank does. He couldn't comment further but noted CYDY is low on cash. This has been three weeks now that he has been restricted regarding Paulsen so something is happening. He is restricted from selling or soliciting for CYDY until this is lifted. It's curious timing with Nash so overdue.
