Just as likely that any investigation by SEC/DOJ involves CYDY ONLY to the point of measuring statements by the company against information and statements put out by shorts and the FUD they use to drive sp down (of us and many others). We may have an outsized bunch of regulatory eyeballs on us, simply because we were a top target of shorts for so long, even on the heels of good news coming out.....just my most humble reading of the tea leaves....
