Yes that is because it got an FDA Approval first and moved from $10 to around $42. What price do you think CYDY would be after 1 approval. Now add in a nice short squeeze on top of that. Than add in just some of the potential of all other indications it has. Hmmm yes they would get a better price for buyout before an approval but it still comes down to shareholder vote and people know what they own in cydy.
