It is possible AE made little progress, but I am more optimistic than you.
CS16 &17 quote literally started enrolling at the worst period/fewest new cases of the entire pandemic.
Critical started sometime in December, severe in last week of November.
We are now at the pint where preparation meet is opportunity.
Success should follow.
