That was my point… why hire him or retain him if we didn’t need him and Sidley was already representing us in a BO or partnership deal. As far as I am concerned there is no such talks at all… That is until we show Nash 700mg results. Material event and all… open it up to bidding amongst anyone once results are PR’ed. Multiple bidders are the ideal situation.
Just because we think something is brewing doesn’t mean it is… We still could be waiting for results of Nash 700mg and updated analysis on mTNBC. We are in an unknown period and what we use to think about our almost weekly updates may never happen again. We need to get use to waiting with no updates. As hard as that will be that’s the reality in the change in management styles. Time to get use to it. Sorry to break it to you this way… but this is life after a very open transparent Nader.
