I think you're comparing apples and oranges. I don't think TLMD had a POTENTIAL multi-billion dollar product whereas CYDY does. $3/share would never be entertained by the BOD, let alone us shareholders.
I know people will scream and yell about a $10 offer, but that's all it would be is an offer. Doesn't mean we accept it. However, when you're at $.59 and cannot fill trials, get BLA's completed or get EUA's, one has to be realistic.
TO BE CLEAR, CYDY has POTENTIAL (a dirty word) to be worth multiples of $10, but we're gonna need a lot of help to get there and that is why I still am hopeful for a cash/stock or cash/stock/milestone payment kind of deal.
I think the current BOD is trying to put CYDY in a position with a third party to help with the heavy lifting with the FDA, trials, etc. Financing alone is not the answer, we need the CLOUT of a third party.
