The mortgage to me shows Doc needs this just as bad as we all want it and need it.
My opinion it should never have been brought on a public board such as this [the mortgage] that's private though it is of public record.
Its been known by some for a while but respected Doc's privacy, I'm sure there are many here that wouldn't want theirs posted here on a public form.
