VERY VERY TRUE......I may not agree with what Maria does but I Believe she is doing what IZ right for her, I may not agree that when I was Promised a raise @ work and didn't get it for months, I may agree or disagree with the President of this Country says or does....ALL of this I have NO Control Over.....
What I do have CONTROL OVER is MY reactions or Emotions.....& will I let it Control me and raise my frustration or blood pressure......I CHOOSE NO.....
I have Less time on this Earth compared to 24 hours ago.....I CHOOSE PEACE & HAPPINESS because in reality none of us knows how many breaths we have left.....
It has been proven that you use more facial muscles to Frown than it IZ to SMILE which basically says you have to WORK to Frown..... what a concept.....
And taking a piece from NYD.....GLTA!
