It is possible this might be part of why Nader was fired. Cytodyn did raise cash for years through Paulson and then switched to Fife. I wonder if Nader was going to go back to Fife this time and the board said no more Fife. Could be Paulson did not want to deal with Nader and told the Board that if they want to raise funds with Paulson it has to be without Nader? Just a guess.
