That all could be true about HRI
But why aren't any of those 75 employees able to be contacted? How do customers contact the company? No website?
As for the IRS, if there is no $, then there is nothing for them to penalize. Why does Doc do it? I don't know. He seems to like to be the center of attention. Reliving the glory days of Rite Aid and HS football. Maybe it is to allow him to sell shares. Doesn't need to sell much based on his modest lifestyle. I know, no Form 4. But he never filed Form 4 for his previous disposition and when he acquired 1 Billion shares. No Forms were filed for the disappearance of the toxic lenders despite no change in OS, Float, or Doc's personal holdings.
Those toxic lenders will appear again eventually when Sasson's trial gets completed. A trustee will take control of his assets and they'll eventually be sold. That's how Sasson acquired UNVC shares when AJW / NIR group and Cory Ribotsky's UNVC holdings were liquidated when he was charged by the US. They couldn't be sold into the market and Sasson bought them from the trustee for pennies on the dollar
I'm willing to entertain that this is real, but secret penny stocks never seem to be good bets to be real.
