That mortgage was taken out in 2019 to refinance the one from 2016.
As for your question about whether I would buy back in. After all of the shadiness from Doc, it would take rock solid proof of HRI existing and operating at a level of a billion dollar company and some definitive proof of how a billion dollar company would be acquired by UNVC at a reasonable cost to shareholders. Never explained was how UNVC a $60 million market cap company would acquire a supposed billion dollar company without diluting current shareholders out of existence. Doc is just going to hand it over out of the goodness of his heart? The same guy that took a billion shares for $11,000 debt?
I bought in during the MJ days of Agrimed and Marimed. THAT seemed real. All this changing healthcare by a pennystock just seems like typical OTC tall tales. I'm willing to entertain the possibility of it being real, but not with my money without proof this time.
