In doing some more research on quarterly reports, it appears to not be required for the 4th quarter. An annual report would be due 90 days after the end of the year. That's not the catalyst we are waiting on anyway.

fiscal quarters of each fiscal year, but no report need be filed for the fourth quarter of any fiscal year:
