I believe LH won’t commence until the FDA decides how to determine efficacy and until Cytodyn has a better financial footing/and or partner to explore this indication.

I expect a large longitudinal trial will be need to demonstrate efficacy. As you correctly observed, many need the help which Leronlimab can provide.
