Nobody's paying that in a BO. $150 and far beyond is only possible if we go it alone or partner and get multiple approvals. The highest I could see a BO is $50 and, truthfully, I'd take it right now. That window is closing though and my preference would be a partner and nice upfront sum to put us in the black and get more trials rolling.
