If there are any active Board members out there, and even if it is conceded some type of "order of silence" is in place maybe from the firm attorneys, they still could communicate to the shareholders who are writing that "Your concerns have been received and forwarded to company executives." That would not involve "gag order" as the response is a mere reply without any substance. They have a fiduciary duty here to say something like this.
