My opinion:
Negotiations with a BP are agreed in principal and is contingent on NP being out of the deal or the BoD was in favor of an offer and NP refused so the BoD terminated him but not for cause. SK stepped down from Chairman but wanted to remain on the board. BP buyer will integrate CYDY into an existing division/operation so no Chairman or CEO is needed to be named. This will take 30 days to finalize.
