I did not say that I KNOW anything, I am merely using some logical reasoning, history, and understanding that the only reason you fire a CEO immediately and seemingly out of nowhere is if something forced you to do that.

And my point, if you can grasp it, is that if NP was to be replaced and given a golden parachute, it would be likely that he WOULD be involved in bringing in the new CEO so as to help create a smooth transition. It has NOTHING to do with going behind anyone's back.
