So just to be clear, you're calling something a false premise that is not a false premise at all, and deciding that termination doesn't mean fired because it doesn't suit your narrative.
He WAS re-elected and he WAS fired. Sorry, those are the facts. Running unopposed doesn't mean that you were not re-elected if you keep your position. There could have been a vacancy if he was NOT voted in and it doesn't matter if someone else got more votes than him in a position that has nothing to do with CEO.
