Nice try but some of your information is just wrong.
I will point out whats wrong.
Yes there is a quarter 4 report due, why do I say that? I did research and found 2 companies that filed quarter 4 reports last year. Just off a quick search..

I paid good money for a report from privco about who HRI is and what they do and posted that information last year. They are legit and they are making money.
Also FORM 4 is only filed after securities have been sold. Maybe doc hasn't sold them yet that's why it has not been filed. Or maybe he found a loophole.
Second, doc is not required to file ALL SEC forms until he reregisters with them. Because he is not registered with them due to him filing FORM 15-12G. He is not required to file anything with SEC until he files out new forms and gets back in good standing with SEC NOT OTC. 2 different entities. Doc could form the whole conglomerate and we wouldnt know through private confidential reverse mergers cause he doesn't have to file SEC 8Ks due to him not being registered with them yet. Doc doesn't like people knowing what he's doing, when he's doing it or why he's doing it. He's been burned.
No one's giving him adulation just because. He was former Vice President of Rite Aid. He won several awards with IFAH and an award from the President. People don't just win those awards because they are bored. He earned that and this may be taking longer then we want, but does not mean by any means its not happening. Look deeper, read between the lines.
