Is a longer trial duration with NASH more favorable because e.g. also slow responders will add to a better p- value or could the p- value turn at some point in the wrong direction?
As I understood, if you are not sure about your drug, you increase the trial size to have at least a chance of showing a small improvement, is time also a factor specifically with NASH?
