Prior to the last Quarterly's & Annuals not being released at all, there was no dilution to speak of per the share structure updates at that time. However, since then, they very well could be diluting the heck out of this and we would never know since the share structure is no longer updated. Even though we all have a right to know what the "Serious issues" are that's going on, per Joe & Todd's comments, I don't see an update on that front any time soon. Obviously, whatever it is has cause the company to go silent for the past 6/7 months and counting. If I had to guess, I don't think the company is being restricted from releasing the financials simply because it doesn't make sense. I think the company has decided releasing the financials would be worse (if that's possible), than it would be to say nothing at all IMHO. Company officials leaving quietly make me feel even more convinced that is the case. It appears folks want to get away from whatever it is. Couple that with all the other crap and you have a mess. Does that sound like things are going good? Heck no!
