good morning TECO fans. They still think we are going to hit the projected numbers. It will be very good if we do. Check out the questions and teco's reply on FB.
Treaty Energy Corporation Steve Fox -- we understand your frustration and deeply apologize. This was an issue that was out of our control and was unfortunately caused by the TRRC pulling an incorrect and incomplete data set from the field based on an automatic trigger set in the TRRC's computer systems.
We have admitted to a discrepancy with the data, announced there was an error and now the changes/corrections are currently in process with the TRRC. We found the source of the problem with the help of the TRRC and we have implemented new internal procedures to ensure that this does not happen again.
If you have any further issues, please contact our Investor Relations department at (504) 754-6926 or email us at investors@treatyenergy.com. We're working to regain our shareholder's trust and will work with you to answer any questions/issues you may have.

John Blondke The numbers filed were too low. Why would TECO do that on purpose? Accidents do happen ya know.
Louie Kneitz Current numbers have been revised and published. 9.63 BOPD Small increase but heading in the right direction. Looking forward to Feb's # s GO TECO
Treaty Energy Corporation Louie Kneitz , specifically, its a 21.4% increase since January. We're working to diligently increase the BPD and that percentage is showing our commitment to our shareholders. We want that percentage to increase and we're working to get it to triple digits with new drills!
Dung Nguyen Treaty ... pls help with the following questions ... (1) From CC, production rate currently is ~25 BOPD. When did Treaty start seeing this number? It is sure not in Jan. Was it at beginning of Feb.? or mid Feb? We are just trying to do a rough estimation of what the Feb. number would be. (2) Treaty indicated that one well went down on the day of CC. Treaty is also implying that this well contributes to the ~25 number. Has it been fixed and brought back up? (3) From CC, Treaty is expecting ~150 BOPD by end of March. What well(s) do Treaty expect to contribute to this additional ~125 BOPD? Thx.
Treaty Energy Corporation Dung, some of our major work overs were completed in the last week of January. For example, the work over on existing Brown wells was completed on the 28th. The number we had during the Q&A was based on the actual number that morning of flow rates in the wells that day.
Treaty Energy Corporation Sorry, post didn't complete -- also that well going down that morning did affect the flow rates the next day. We are constantly monitoring the wells and sending people to repair them as they go down. Constant maintenance is required.
We are still anticipating the number given in the Q&A by the end of Q1 as part of our internal projections. We believe that the wells being drilled by TNC and other wells that we are anticipating with the 21 well program to contribute to that figure -- including additionally planned work overs on some wells that we haven't done work overs on.

Dan Keller Bill, listen to the CC (below-posted Feb 20th). They're calling for 150 BOD, which is the 'mean' of the range, rather than 400 BOD, which is the higher end of the range. They're trying to be more conservative. But listen to the CC, you'll understand it better than I can explain it. Good luck to you
