It's common knowledge that bad news gets dumped on Fridays. I, like Marc, felt relieved when we didn't see a PR last night. Have you not noticed that all white house administrations dump bad news on Fridays, and commonly on three-day weekends? It's because people aren't sitting at home all weekend watching the news, and by the time the next workday rolls around, it's old news and lessens the impact.
