It was never about funds to a AE it was slow do to slow start up in brazil missed the last wave but this most recent surge 20+ hospitals set up for the moderate/severe and 20+ hospitals set up for severe critical. I doubt that AE is required full payment up front prob only a small percentage until they actually start filling up the required patient counts.
