I would guess they are waiting for a new CEO to address the investors. It is odd to me that they elevated Anthony to the interim president role. Nothing against him, but that is quite a stretch from the CFO role with his only interaction with investors being reading the forward looking statements disclaimer on calls.
Why not just have Scott Kelly as the interim CEO? everyone is familiar with him, he is a very impressive guy, knows tons about the company, and if need be, could address the investors if the search for the final CEO takes longer than expected.
Weird time for sure. Someone mentioned having taken all of their investment off the table at seven or eight bucks. That was a good move. At one point I had a massive gain on paper, but did not sell at higher levels, and actually bought back at $2 and then at $1, thinking that was the bottom - I was taking Gordon Gekko’s “greed is good” advice. Oh well.
I have to think we will learn something next week. It was great to feed $.50 ultimately hold today, but like someone else suggested, I’m not sure how much longer it will absent some good news.
