That is one thing I'm curious about. I think Samsung needed like 30mil by the end of January, and other than the latest note about some minimal financing for a couple million, no sec filings of substantial financing yet. So they either worked out an extension, or are finding(have found) a way for the funds or the current Samsung deal is done. I hope not the last one as we'd be forced back to agc and I don't know if they get to keep all the documentation on how to make the drug or if the IP has to be transferred back again which takes a year,as is my understanding. We do have some built up inventory though. Until them I'm on money watch.(please not fife, please not fife....)
