this was as good a time as any to "shake the box"
Nader's plan all along was to work on approval multiple shots on goal, simultaneously. By tming it right, a suitor, seeing approvals on all the shots on goal, would have no choice but to offer a full valuation.
Now that we are "shaking the box," which is a good thing when approvals should have come by now, hopefully we don't lose the lessons learned:
[] need a master approver genius on board who will produce approval results
[] never trust the CRO so we need some expertise to watch the CRO
[] never trust the XYZ so we need some expertise to watch the XYZ
XYZ is whatever else dependencies we are farming out
"Shake the box" is what you do when there is no clear solution to the problems you have. Now. Let's see what solutions we can create.
