Which part do you take as speculation?
The 8-K which says he was deemed to resign, the 8-K and PR which said he was terminated as of 1/24/22, or something else?
The contract also says if NP resigned, he should give 90 days notice.
It's all there, pretty clear to me, but I'd love to hear specifically which part you think is incorrect.
As always, I could be wrong.
