I am of the camp that thinks major investors such as Paulson and others were fed up with the price decrease, the lack of BTDs, no results of700 mg NASH trial, crickets from Brazil. I think they supported the change. Remember that Paulson just raised millions in funding with share sales to its major investors and those shares are frozen.
