With NO communication and NO filings it's very difficult to establish current status/company assets. Joe could be negotiating sales and or company (shareholders) IP transfer for personal/executive benefit. It's hard to believe current and past BOD members (7months) are supporting Joe's vision to remain quiet. Our views could be off target but the only way to find out GNBT/NGIO leadership transparency , update filings and Headquarters address.
