ANY material event...affecting shareholders must be disclosed in 4 working days. NDA's are muzzles...on disclosing anything relating to the company...that might affect the company in a negative way...anything proprietary in nature, patents, intellectual property, non-compete agreements, etc.
Partnerships etc. are governed by the language of the agreement itself...who owns the show... who's directing the show...and of course rehearsals...before it's made public.
